2. Put the laptop in the box along with your power adapter and a copy of your filled form and ship it to the following address:

Ground rules for proper packaging is to make sure to wrap your laptop in at least three inches of bubble wrap, peanuts or just include enough cushion to prevent any damage along the way. As a note, any free boxes provided by your postal service will not suffice as adequate protection for your laptop. If you don’t have a proper box or do not feel comfortable with your packaging, please contact us and we will ship you a specially fitted notebook box.
3. On the arrival of your package, we will inspect it to make sure everything is inside and call you back with the confirmation to proceed with the requested repair. We will also report if we find any other damage or problems other than the DC jack replacement.
4. We will notify you when the jack connector replacement is complete. Payment can be made via PayPal or all major Credit Cards, except American Express over the phone.
5. We ship the laptop back to you via ground service.

Our Rules, Guarantess and Warrantees
 We guarantee to always replace all broken DC power jacks with brand new models.
We provide a lifetime warranty on all DC jacks we fix. If the DC jack we replace is defective or is broken again due to its natural wear and tear we will replace the part only at no additional charge. Our lifetime warranty is void if you use an aftermarket or universal power charger or choose not to use your manufacturer’s genuine power adapter. Abuse of the laptop in any way, shape of form will void our lifetime warranty.
We guarantee not to charge you any fees if your DC jack is not in reparable condition or you decide not to proceed with any repairs.
We void any warranty or any responsibility if your laptop came to us poorly packaged or has been damaged on the way back to you.
We void any warranty on laptops previously opened or serviced on by another company, or individual.
Our liability is limited to the amount you pay us for the repair you previously agreed to and signed on the form from this site.
Second Life Computers has sole discretion to what constitutes a violation of our current lifetime warranty.
